It's official, Strategy First will be making the Jagged Alliance franchise a trilogy. Last Friday the publisher along with Akella, and studio F3games confirmed, in Russian, that they will be partnering together on Jagged Alliance 3. According to our limited Russian abilities (read Babel Fish) Richard Therrien said "the long-awaited new part Jagged Alliance will preserve the general spirit and the atmosphere and will remain accurate to the traditions of the previous games of a famous series."

It seems that the developers along with Strategy First hope to keep the game following the series' signature turn-based strategy elements. More concrete information on the title's feature set and other details as it comes out...in a language we fully understand.
